I’m Eleanor, and these are my notes.

I’m a writer interested in tech, creativity and writing.

I started my career with the Wall Street Journal in Tokyo, before getting my MBA at INSEAD in France. After this, I worked at the VC firm Atomico in London and as deputy editor of the FT-backed publication Sifted. I am currently an advisor for Bek Ventures.

A prominent venture capitalist once described my writing as “high-value per word,” which is probably the highest compliment I’ve ever received. (jk)

What I write about

I’m currently interested in how AI is impacting writing and creativity, and am interviewing writers, designers, marketers, and comms people about how this is impacting their workflows and industries.

While many publications look at how this is playing out in the US, I want to highlight voices from Europe, Asia, and Africa.

If you have story tips or opinions or want to get BTS tickets in 2026 together, send me an email.
