I’m Eleanor, and these are my notes.
I’m a writer and journalist interested in tech, creativity and writing.
I started my career with the Wall Street Journal in Tokyo, before getting my MBA at INSEAD in France. After this, I worked at the VC firm Atomico in London, as deputy editor of the FT-backed publication Sifted, and as managing editor at Every. I am currently an advisor for Bek Ventures.
A prominent venture capitalist once described my writing as “high-value per word,” which is probably the highest compliment I’ve ever received. (jk)
What I write about
I’m interested in how AI is impacting writing and creativity. I’m exploring this theme through interviews with writers, designers, marketers, and comms people because I believe that real practitioners have the most insight into how this technology will change our world.
I also believe that the US overwhelmingly dominates these conversations, so I endeavor to highlight voices from Europe, Asia, and Africa.
If you have story tips or opinions or want to speculate about when NewJeans-as-five will get back together, send me an email.
